BOSQUIA NATURE SL (hereinafter BOSQUIA) is an Asturian company that contributes to increasing the green surface area of our planet through planting and reforestation, with the primary objective of caring for and protecting our forests. We are committed to implementing and maintaining an Integrated Management System (IMS) based on the UNE-EN ISO 9001 and UNE-EN ISO 14001 standards at all levels of the organization, ensuring continuous improvement of the company and work based on meeting objectives, customer satisfaction, environmental respect, compliance with legal requirements, fostering active participation of our staff, transparency in communication, and adopting reference standards that allow us to exceed the expectations of stakeholders.
Therefore, we have established the following principles and commitments:
- Ensure quality in the management of projects (CSR and CO2 Capture).
- Provide robustness to tree plantations.
- Protect the environment and reduce the environmental impacts of our activities, such as air pollution, soil, flora and fauna impacts, or waste production, as an integral part of our daily work, in addition to optimizing the consumption of natural resources.
- Comply with the applicable legislation and regulatory framework, as well as any additional and complementary requirements that BOSQUIA subscribes to.
- Promote communication at all levels, staff participation, knowledge management, and teamwork.
- Train, involve, motivate, and commit all staff to have highly qualified personnel for the development of their activities and ensure the stability and sustainability of the organization.
- Manage processes seeking excellence in our activity, providing the company with the necessary resources for continuous improvement of the IMS. To achieve this:
- We will conduct periodic reviews of the IMS to ensure its effectiveness and continuous improvement.
- We will promote the participation and feedback of our employees, customers, and other stakeholders in the improvement of our processes and practices.
- We will establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor our progress towards our quality and environmental objectives.
This integrated management policy is reviewed annually and communicated to all members of the organization and other stakeholders through the website.
